Michelle Poston, CISR is the agency owner and primary agent on staff. She has grown up in the Elma community and is a proud sponsor of many different youth activities in the community. Michelle has been an insurance agent for over sixteen years and took over the family-owned business in 2012. Poston Insurance Agency has been in business for over 30 years and customer service has always been the #1 priority in the agency.
